1、 Functional purposes
The JCT800 coating thickness gauge can be used for thickness measurement of electroplated coatings, paint layers, enamel layers, aluminum tiles, copper tiles, babbitt alloy tiles, phosphating layers, and paper. It can also be used for thickness measurement of ship paint and attachments to underwater structures. This instrument can be widely used in testing fields such as manufacturing, metal processing, chemical industry, and commercial inspection.

3、 Product features
There are multiple types of measuring heads to choose from. By selecting the corresponding measuring head, the thickness of the non-magnetic coating on the magnetic metal substrate can be measured, as well as the thickness of the non-conductive coating on the non-magnetic metal substrate;
The contact parts of the measuring head are plated with hard chromium or ruby, which is durable and long-lasting;

The upper and lower limits can be set, and when the measurement result is greater than or equal to the upper and lower limit values, the instrument will emit a corresponding sound or flashing light prompt;
Prompt for errors through screen display or buzzing sound;
There are five statistical measures: mean (MEAN), maximum (MAX), minimum (MIN), number of tests (NO.), and standard deviation (S.DEV);
