JBW-300B Pendulum Impact Tester
PIC-(JBW-300B Pendulum Impact Tester)
The pendulum impact testing machine is used to measure the resistance of metal materials to impact under dynamic loads, in order to determine the properties of materials under dynamic loads.
The impact testing machine produced by our company is developed and produced in accordance with GB/T 229-2020 "Charpy Pendulum Impact Test Method for Metal Materials". Made according to GB/T 3808-2018 "Inspection of Pendulum Impact Testing Machines". Conduct impact tests on metal materials with a maximum impact energy of 300J and a 150J pendulum. The standard specimen section used is 10 × 10mm. Mainly conduct impact tests on black metals with high impact toughness, especially steel and its alloys.
The testing principle of this product is to display the difference between the potential energy before and after the impact of the pendulum on the dial, in order to obtain the absorption energy of the tested sample. The operation adopts microcomputer semi-automatic control, and its energy difference is directly displayed on the microcomputer screen. Its reading accuracy is higher than that of the pointer on the host dial, and it is easy to operate and has high work efficiency. By using the remaining energy after the pendulum breaks the sample, it can automatically swing and prepare for the next impact test. Therefore, its superiority can be better demonstrated in the laboratory where continuous impact tests are conducted and in metallurgical and mechanical manufacturing units where a large number of impact tests are conducted.
The JBW-300B impact testing machine is used to measure the resistance of metal materials to impact under dynamic loads, in order to determine the quality condition of materials under dynamic loads.
This machine is a microcomputer semi-automatic control testing machine with simple operation and high work efficiency. It is electrically controlled for swing, impact, and release, and can automatically swing and prepare for the next test using the remaining energy after breaking the sample. It is particularly suitable for laboratories that conduct continuous impact tests and industries such as metallurgy and mechanical manufacturing that conduct a large number of impact tests.
