TCKL-2 initial drying crack resistance tester

1、 Introduction:

The TCKL-2 initial drying crack resistance tester, also known as the initial drying crack resistance tester or the initial drying crack resistance testing device, is a testing equipment developed based on the technical conditions specified in the national standard GB9779 "Composite Building Coatings".

3、 Principle:

The CGK-2 initial drying and crack resistance testing machine is equipped with a test plate parallel to the direction of air flow in the wind tunnel. After starting the axial flow fan, the wind speed is controlled within 3 ± 0.3m/s using an air volume control device. Place the scraped test plate on the test plate holder in the inspection wind tunnel. Adjust the drying control time according to the product requirements. After the time is reached, the machine will automatically stop and visually inspect the surface of the test panel for cracks.

4、 Applicable scope:

Applicable to the initial drying and crack resistance test of building coatings and indoor and outdoor building putty under specified wind speed conditions.
