JF-3 oxygen index tester is a new type of product developed according to the technical requirements specified in the national standard GB/T2406. This instrument is used to determine the volume percentage of oxygen required during the combustion process of polymers. The polymer oxygen index value is the minimum oxygen concentration (also known as the oxygen index) required to maintain the combustion pattern in a mixture of oxygen and nitrogen for a duration of 50mm or 180s after ignition of the substance.
 
This instrument can not only be used as a means to identify the flame retardancy of polymers, but also as a research tool, providing a powerful testing tool for laboratory research on flame retardant formulations and the development of new flame retardant materials. It is suitable for the flammability test of solid materials, laminated materials, foamed plastics, fabrics, films and films.
The instrument has a reasonable structural design and is easy to operate, use, and maintain. The testing system uses imported oxygen sensors and displays the results digitally.
