1、 Product Introduction
The DJC-1 single wire and cable combustion tester is suitable for measuring the non flame retardant performance of single plastic wires, control, cross-linking, elevator, marine, mining cables, and other wires and cables. It can also perform vertical combustion tests on low smoke halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin insulation materials and 105 ℃ low smoke halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin irradiation insulation materials. This equipment is designed according to the national standard GB/T 18380.11-2008 (IDT IEC 60332-1-1:2004) "Fire tests for cables and optical cables under flame conditions - Part 11: Test apparatus for vertical flame spread of single insulated wire and cable", GB/T 18380.12-2008 (IDT IEC 60332-1-2:2004) "Fire tests for cables and optical cables under flame conditions - Part 12: Test method for vertical flame spread of single insulated wire and cable -1kW pre mixed flame" and other single wire and cable vertical flame test methods.
 
2、 Applicable materials and definitions
DJC-1 mainly evaluates the combustible performance of a single wire and cable with a conductor diameter greater than 0.8mm or a cross-sectional area not less than 0.5mm2. This product adopts the recommended product structure for air mixed structures in Appendix B of GB/T 18380.12-2008, and the details fully meet the acceptance requirements of the quality inspection unit.
