TCDR-60 Thermal Conductivity Tester (Protective Plate Heat Flow Meter Method)
PIC-(TCDR-60 Thermal Conductivity Tester (Protective Plate Heat Flow Meter Method))
summary
This instrument adopts the internationally popular method of measuring thermal conductivity using a heat flow meter, and is equipped with a computer to achieve fully automatic detection, adapting to the testing requirements of thermal conductivity of various common materials.
This instrument is based on the principle of steady-state flat plate testing. A stable hot surface temperature is added to the hot surface, and heat is transferred to the cold surface through the sample. The heat flux transmitted is measured, and the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance can be calculated based on the thickness and heat transfer area of the sample. This testing method is simple, fast, and has good repeatability. Very suitable for research and development in material heat transfer. It can be used for testing nylon, plastic, rubber, geotechnical, concrete, graphite, insulation materials, etc. Adding sample frames can be used for testing powder particle materials, and is widely used in colleges, research institutes, quality inspection, factories and mines.
Reference standard for this instrument: ASTM C518-04 Test method for determining steady-state heat flux and heat transfer characteristics using a heat flux meter method; GB10295-2008 Determination of steady-state thermal resistance and related characteristics of insulation materials (heat flow meter method), ASTM E1530-11 Test standard for evaluating the heat transfer resistance of materials using protected heat flow meter technology, GB/T29313-2012 Test method for thermal conductivity of electrical insulation materials.
