Twist shear electric wrench
PIC-(Twist shear electric wrench)
Safety information and precautions
Please read this chapter carefully before using the wrench and be sure to follow the safety precautions required in this chapter. Any losses, injuries, casualties, or other serious consequences caused by illegal operations are not related to our company.
1. Workplace safety
Maintain appropriate lighting and space in the workplace. Darkness and inability to operate spaces properly can trigger accidents.
Do not operate the wrench in explosive environments such as flammable liquids, gases, and dust. The sparks generated by the wrench can ignite dust or gas.
Let children and bystanders leave and operate the wrench. Lack of concentration can cause the operator to lose control of the tool.
2. Electrical safety
The wrench plug must match the socket. Never modify the plug in any way. Using unmodified plugs and compatible sockets will reduce the risk of electric shock.
Avoid human contact with ground surfaces such as pipes, heat sinks, and refrigerators. If your body is grounded, it will increase the risk of electric shock.
C has to expose the wrench to rain or humid environments. Water entering the wrench or being placed in a damp environment will increase the risk of electric shock during operation.
Do not misuse electrical wires. Never use wires to transport, pull wrenches or unplug them, keep tools away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged or tangled wires can increase the risk of electric shock.
When using a wrench outdoors, use an external wire that is suitable for outdoor use. Flexible wires suitable for outdoor use will reduce the risk of electric shock.
If operating power tools in humid environments is inevitable, residual current operated protection (RCD) should be used. The use of RCD can reduce the risk of electric shock.
3. Personal safety
Stay alert and pay attention to the operation when using a wrench, and stay alert. Do not operate the wrench when tired, under medication, alcohol, or in response to treatment. Distraction during wrench operation can lead to serious personal injury.
Use safety protective equipment. Protective equipment such as anti slip safety shoes and helmets can reduce personal injury.
Prevent accidental startup Ensure that the switch is in the off position when inserting the plug. Placing fingers on the power switch that has been turned on or inserting a plug while the switch is turned on may pose a danger.
Always pay attention to foot and body balance. This way, the wrench can be well controlled in case of unexpected situations.
Dress appropriately. Do not wear loose clothing or accessories. Keep your hair, clothes, and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothing, accessories, or long hair may get tangled up in moving parts.
4. Precautions for using a wrench
Do not misuse tools, use appropriate tools according to their purpose. Choosing tools with appropriate design ratings will make your work more efficient and safe.
If the switch cannot turn on or off the power supply of the wrench, the wrench cannot be used. Cannot use a switch
The controlled wrench is dangerous and must be repaired.
Before making any adjustments, maintenance, replacement of accessories or storage of wrenches, the plug must be unplugged from the power source to disconnect the power supply. This protective measure reduces the risk of accidental activation of the wrench.
Store idle wrenches outside of children's reach and do not allow people who are unfamiliar with wrenches or do not understand these instructions to operate them. It is dangerous to operate a wrench in the hands of untrained users.
Maintain the wrench. Check whether the installation and adjustment of the moving parts are in place or stuck, inspect the damage of the parts and other conditions that affect the operation of the wrench. If there is any damage, the wrench must be repaired before use. Many accidents are caused by poorly repaired electric tools.
Choose the type of wrench to use according to the user manual, and consider the operating conditions and requirements when using the wrench, accessories, etc. Using a wrench for operations that are not in line with its intended use may result in danger.
5. Repair
Hand over your wrench to a professional repairman and exchange it with the same spare parts. This ensures the usability and safety of the wrench being repaired. If you need to replace parts, please go to our after-sales service department for repair and do not replace them yourself.

3. Removal device for bolt cutting parts
This machine is equipped with a cutting section. When the bolt twist cutting section is cut, the trigger can be pulled to eject the cutting section. 5. Safe and Reliable
This product adopts a double insulated series excited motor, which is small in size, light in weight, safe and reliable, and uses a push button
The force load method relies on the spline connection and positioning of the inner sleeve to bear the load. Adopting a planetary transmission mechanism, utilizing special steel and special heat treatment methods, it is durable and long-lasting.
6. Safety operation type with almost no rebound force
The reverse force of the wrench is extremely small when starting.
