In JTGE51-2009, the technical spare parts required for the vibration method specimen forming of semi-rigid base materials, specialized equipment designed and manufactured, are used to manufacture various specimens of inorganic binder stabilized aggregates, including cylindrical specimens for testing unconfined compression, strength, indirect tensile strength, and compressive rebound modulus, and beam specimens for testing temperature shrinkage coefficient, dry shrinkage coefficient, flexural strength, and flexural rebound modulus.

equipment installation 

1. Foundation

This equipment has a strong impact force on the ground during the molding process, so the equipment foundation is required to have a resistance to vibration of over 10000N. The equipment base is paved with a 5mm thick hard rubber plate and fixed with corner screws (included randomly).

There should be at least 1 meter of space around the equipment for operation and maintenance.

2. Power supply

The required power supply for the equipment is three-phase 380V, 2KW, and the equipment should be reliably grounded.

3. Device Connection

The frequency converter is installed inside the control cabinet. Connect aviation plugs with the same number of pins between the electrical control box, frequency converter, and main engine one by one.
