National standard for TCZD-2 vibration table testing device

Applicable scope

This experimental device is developed in accordance with SL237-054-1999, DL/T5356-2006 GB/T 50123-2019 standards, and is used to measure the relative density of coarse soil, which is the difference between the porosity of non cohesive soil in the loosest state and the natural state (or given) porosity, and the ratio between the porosity of the loosest state and the nearest porosity. This device has the advantages of compact structure and convenient use, and is widely used in construction sites and scientific research units.

Main Structure

Vibration table 762 × 762mm frequency modulation type, one for vibration samples

The controller (with frequency converter manual attached) is used to control the frequency and time of the vibration table

Trial bucket φ 300mm (ministerial standard φ 280), a set of buckets, weighted cover plates, and weighted blocks
