Summary
Static penetration testing machine uses mechanical transmission to uniformly press the probe into the soil. Suitable for testing in soft soil, cohesive soil, loess, sandy soil and other strata, using the resistance generated when the probe contacts the soil layer, and transmitting the resistance change signal to the ground measuring instrument. The various components of the whole machine are light in weight, small in size, easy to handle, easy to install, and have high work efficiency. They can be matched with different diameter drill bits and probes.
 
operational principle
Connect the host to the crossbeam (9) with screws.
Select the anchor point according to the length of the crossbeam, and lower the two ground anchors (11) into the soil (on both sides of the main engine).
Anchoring can be done using an anchor booster tube (7), with two people pushing at a constant speed, or using a large pipe clamp to lower the anchor.
The host should be installed between two anchor rods, placed horizontally, filled with soil, and not shaken.
Insert the anchor rod clamp (12) into the anchor rod and place it on the crossbeam.
Arrange the probe rods one by one, thread the cables one by one, and connect one end to the probe (tie the cable connection tightly with waterproof tape). There must be no water seeping into the cable (if the probe seeps, it may be damaged), and connect the other end to the instrument.
Connect the probe to the probe rod to pass through the upper and lower holes. Connect the probe rods one by one (tighten the joints), place guide sleeves (2) and (10) on the lower hole of the host, clamp the probe rod, and prevent it from shaking left and right.
Insert the card block (5) at the probe joint, place a mountain shaped pressure plate (6) on top of the card block when pressing into the soil, and then shake the handle of the main engine to rotate the chains on both sides of the main engine. Use the chain blocking shafts (4) on both sides of the chain to block the mountain shaped plate and press the probe into the soil at a constant speed.
When pulling out, place the mountain shaped plate under the card block, shake the host handle back, and lift the probe up at a constant speed.
Cross plate test (to be provided separately according to customer requirements): Place the worm gear box on the main engine using the same method. Each turn of the handle of the worm gear box is 1 degree, and record this data.
When conducting the cross plate undisturbed soil shear test, insert the cross plate into the test depth and let it stand for 2-3 minutes before starting the undisturbed soil cross plate shear test.
Reshaped soil shear test: After the undisturbed soil test is completed, rotate the cross plate six times in the shear direction to fully destroy the surrounding soil, and then start the reshaped soil shear test.
