1、 Application field
The XGLBY-10 fully automatic drawing instrument is a new type of testing instrument developed by our company. Suitable for testing the bonding strength of thermal insulation materials for building engineering walls, as well as the bonding strength of external wall decorative bricks, various boards, paints, and other materials.
The detector adopts an electromechanical integrated design, and the entire set of instruments is integrated as a whole. A "door" structure is composed of mechanical parts such as motor drive, sensors, screw, and reaction support. Simultaneously embedding the measurement display circuit into the instrument allows for direct observation of data. The detector has the characteristics of light weight, fully automatic operation, and convenient use.

5、 Interface display
5.1 Display and buttons: The main interface displays the tension value and its peak value.

5.3 Speed setting: Set the test speed and the speed at which the test ends and returns.

5.4 Calibration Settings: The force value, displacement/speed calibration has been completed before the instrument leaves the factory, and customers do not need to calibrate it again. If the instrument has inaccurate force value, speed or displacement, please contact our after-sales technical personnel for calibration under the guidance of professional technical personnel. (Note: The password to enter the calibration interface is 123.)
6、 Usage
1. Device startup: After turning on the device power, preheat for 20 minutes.
2. Experimental parameter settings: Click the settings button, click on the experimental settings, and set the parameters for fracture detection and contact detection.
3. Test speed setting: Set the test speed and return speed.
4. Load reset: When the sensor is in a free state, click the force reset button to reset the force value.
5. Install the sample: Stand the equipment on the side of the wall, jog it up and down to adjust the joint position and connect it to the pulling block.
6. Displacement reset: Click the displacement reset button to reset the displacement.
7. Start test: Click the start button to start the test, and the test will automatically stop after the sample is damaged.
