1、 Product Overview
The hollow glass dew point meter is mainly used to measure the dew point of hollow glass (testing the condensation of hollow glass in low-temperature environments), which meets the requirements of GB/T11944-2012 "Hollow Glass" and other standards. This machine adopts dual compressor cascade refrigeration, thermal assisted heating with constant temperature, dual temperature monitoring, and liquid alcohol heat transfer, which can achieve fast and stable refrigeration effect, and strong insulation capacity. This dew point meter has fast cooling and convenient operation, and is suitable for testing at various quality inspection stations, testing centers, supervision, construction units, colleges and universities, scientific research departments, and insulated glass production enterprises.

3、 Parameter settings
1. Setting of time parameters
Press the ">" key, the lower code tube of the time display instrument will flash, and press the "Λ" key to modify the value. (Instrument unit time in minutes)
2. Setting of temperature parameters
Due to the fact that all parameter settings, PID tuning, and control parameters of the temperature control instrument have been adjusted before leaving the factory, please do not change them. Simply press the "Λ" and "V" keys on the temperature control instrument to modify the "test temperature".
3. For other parameter settings related to timing instruments and temperature control instruments, please refer to the instrument manual.
 
4、 Usage
1. Connect the power cord plug, turn on the "Power" switch on the control panel, power on the "Temperature Control Instrument" and "Counting Instrument", and the system power supply is normal. The cooling temperature of the temperature control instrument displays the current temperature of the cold measuring head.
2. Set the "test temperature" according to the experimental standards, press the "start" button, the indicator light will light up, and the system will start working after a delay. (It should be noted that since the equipment adopts cascade refrigeration technology, the first stage compression system starts working at this time, and about 7 minutes later, the second stage compression system automatically starts working. The "cooling temperature" on the control panel only displays cooling. This is a normal process requirement, please do not worry!)
3. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, start the experiment. Press the timer button switch to start timing according to the set time. When the time is up, the alarm will beep and sound. Continue to the next experiment.
4. After the experiment is completed; Press the "Start" button, the indicator light will turn off, and the system will stop working. Then turn off the power switch and cut off the power.
 
5、 Precautions
1. This equipment adopts a compressor refrigeration process. Before using this equipment for the first time, it should be left stationary for at least 4 hours. The time interval between two system starts should not be less than 30 minutes!
2. Be careful of frostbite when operating the equipment due to the low temperature of the "cold measuring head"!
3. Non company professionals are not allowed to dismantle equipment without authorization. To avoid danger or damage to equipment!
