1、 Overview
This instrument uses internationally popular heat flow meters to detect thermal conductivity and thermal resistance, and is equipped with a computer to achieve fully automatic detection and generate experimental reports. Suitable for testing the thermal conductivity of low thermal conductivity materials such as concrete, insulation materials, refractory materials, etc., with the addition of sample frames for powder material testing, it is widely used in colleges, research institutes, quality inspection, factories and mines.
This instrument refers to the following standards: JIS-1412-2 Method for Determination of Thermal Resistance and Thermal Conductivity of Hot Edge Materials, GB/T10295-2008, ISO 8301:1991 (Determination of Steady State Thermal Resistance and Related Characteristics of Insulation Materials by Heat Flow Meter Method), and ASTM C518-04 Test Method for Determination of Steady State Heat Flux and Heat Transfer Characteristics by Heat Flow Meter Method.
2、 System composition:
Hot surface heater, high-precision programmable temperature control meter, hot surface temperature measurement resolution of 0.01 ℃,
The cold surface is controlled by a constant temperature water tank with a fluctuation of less than 0.05 degrees, and the temperature measurement resolution of the cold surface is 0.01 ℃.
Installing protective measurement and control devices can effectively eliminate the impact of the environment on testing, ensuring testing accuracy and repeatability.
Equipped with automatic pressurization and thickness measurement functions, it can detect the thermal conductivity under different pressures.
