Instrument Overview

It is an essential testing equipment for door and window production enterprises, product quality inspection institutes, and engineering quality inspection departments. This product has added testing functions related to air tightness, water tightness, and wind pressure resistance in the latest standards. A significant update has been made to the installation method of the test piece, using stainless steel as the main board and automatic hiding of the nozzle placement position, without the need for adjustment. The clamping method has been further improved, making installation more convenient and efficient. In addition, to meet the image and quality requirements of modern new testing laboratories, a lot of effort has been invested in improving the appearance of the products, making the overall equipment look more high-end and atmospheric. Product composition
The machine consists of a static pressure box, an air collection box, a fan, a reversing system, a control system, a computer, a measuring device, an air and water tightness calibration device, and other parts.
During the airtightness performance test, the static pressure box and the air collection box need to be combined to form a closed chamber. The air collection box is a movable structure that uses tracks and angle wheels for movement to facilitate the docking of the two boxes during testing. The two boxes are automatically clamped by cylinders.
