XCWQ-2 Metal Wire Repeated Bending Test Machine

Main uses and scope of application

This testing machine is designed by our company strictly in accordance with GB/T238-2013 "Test Method for Repeated Bending of Metal Materials Wire" and GB/T21839-2019 "Test Method for Steel for Pre stressing Concrete". This testing machine is mainly used for the repeated bending test of metal wire to test its ability to withstand plastic deformation and display defects in reverse bending. After being equipped with a plate clamping device, bending tests can also be conducted on the plate specimens.

This machine is widely used in the steel and construction industries, as well as in the production and use of steel wire ropes, wires and cables. Applicable to φ 1- φ 13 metal wire, equipped with special fixtures, can also be used for other specifications of metal bending tests.

Working conditions

1. At room temperature of 10-45 ℃;

2. Horizontal placement on a stable basis;

3. In a vibration free environment;

4. There are no corrosive substances around;

5. No obvious electromagnetic interference;

6. The fluctuation range of the power supply voltage shall not exceed the rated voltage of 220V ± 10;

7. There should be a certain amount of free space around the testing machine.

 

Structural features and working principles

This testing machine consists of two main parts: the main engine and the electrical control system. It adopts mechanical transmission and applies testing torque to repeatedly bend the sample. Use photoelectric switches to detect the number of bending tests. After the sample fractures, press the "reset" button to reset the pendulum, the instrument will automatically display, record the number of bending tests, and automatically stop the machine.
