TCNZ-10 Metal Wire Torsion Testing Machine

Scope of use

The metal wire torsion testing machine is a new type of digital display and horizontal structure torsion testing instrument developed by our company. Consisting of loading, transmission, and force application, it is suitable for testing the torsional performance of steel wire, copper, aluminum, and their alloy wires with a nominal diameter of ¥ 1- ¥ 10mm. The rotation speed is adjustable at 15, 20, 30, and 60 revolutions per minute, mainly used to measure the ability of the wire to withstand plastic deformation in unidirectional and bidirectional torsion, and to display surface and internal defects of the wire. It is also equipped with attachments and accessories required for torsion, achieving multiple uses for one machine.
