CST-50 Charpy impact specimen notch projector
PIC-(CST-50 Charpy impact specimen notch projector)
The CST-50 impact specimen notch projector is a specialized optical instrument designed and developed by us based on the actual needs of domestic users and the requirements for impact specimen notches in GB/T229-2007 "Metal Charpy Pendulum Impact Test Method". It is used to check the quality of notch processing for Charpy V-shaped and U-shaped impact specimens. The instrument uses optical projection method to enlarge the contour of the V-shaped or U-shaped notch of the tested impact specimen and project it onto the projection screen. It is compared with the standard template of the V-shaped and U-shaped notch of the impact specimen on the projection screen to determine whether the notch processing of the tested impact specimen is qualified. Its advantages are simple operation, intuitive inspection and comparison, and high efficiency.
