Instrument Overview

 

Magnetic particle flaw detector has the characteristics of compact structure, reasonable layout, small size, light weight, and convenient portability. This flaw detector can be directly plugged into AC power for use, or can be optionally equipped with AC magnetization power supply (AC battery pack) and DC magnetization power supply (DC battery pack) for efficient and lightweight use. Suitable for ship welding seam inspection, high-altitude steel structure welding seam inspection, and internal pressure vessel operations. This instrument is suitable for magnetic particle inspection of surface and near surface defects of ferromagnetic materials in various steel structural components, boilers, pressure vessels, pressure pipelines, ship welds, and various types of welding structures in industries such as power, metallurgy, petrochemicals, and machinery.

This instrument meets the requirements of JB/T7411-2012 Technical Conditions for Electromagnetic Yoke Flaw Detectors.

Places with direct AC power supply can be directly connected to the AC power supply for use;

◆ DC magnetization power supply (DC battery pack) can be selected to achieve DC magnetization function;

AC magnetized power supply (AC battery pack) has protection functions such as stable output, overcharging, overcurrent, and over discharge.

Automatically cut off power when the lifting force is insufficient to ensure the sensitivity of the flaw detection.

Equipped with a built-in microcomputer chip, the stable output voltage ensures the sensitivity of the flaw detection.
