Bellows sealing tester

This machine is developed and produced in accordance with the technical requirements of JT/T529-2016 "Corrugated Pipes for Pre stressed Concrete Bridges" issued by the Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China, to measure the sealing performance of various types of corrugated pipes. Equipped with vacuum pump and digital negative pressure sensor, as well as various conical rubber plugs and dedicated clamping workbenches.

3、 Test method:

Install the two corrugated pipe joints, pipe joint joints, and connecting heads and place them in dedicated work. Seal both ends with tapered rubber plugs of appropriate specifications. Then the screw applies a certain force value to the rubber plug to ensure reliable sealing of the conical rubber plug. Connect the exhaust hole of the pipe joint to the vacuum pipe. Start the vacuum pump to measure the vacuum degree. A vacuum degree not exceeding -0.07mp is considered qualified.
