The overall design of the instrument is reasonable and easy to operate and maintain. The main components include stretching device, control system, measurement system, fixture, etc.
Function and Features
(1) Function: The corrugated pipe tensile tester is mainly used to test the tensile strength of corrugated pipes at different temperatures. Quantitatively evaluate the tensile strength of corrugated pipes by simulating the tensile conditions in actual usage scenarios.
(2) Features:
·High precision measurement: Using high-precision sensors and measurement systems to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
·Intelligent control: equipped with an automatic control system that can automatically perform tensile testing and data analysis based on set parameters.
·Diversified fixtures: equipped with various fixtures to meet the testing needs of corrugated pipes of different specifications and shapes.
·High safety: equipped with safety protection devices to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment during the testing process.
operational principle
The working principle of the corrugated pipe tensile tester is to apply longitudinal tension to the corrugated pipe through a stretching device, and at the same time, the measurement system records the force value and displacement data during the stretching process. The control system precisely controls the stretching process based on the set parameters, and processes and analyzes the test results through data analysis software.

4、 The instrument meets the standards
The corrugated pipe pull-out tester complies with multiple domestic and foreign relevant standards and specifications, such as GB/T 15820-1995 "Tensile pull-out test for connections between polyethylene pressure pipes and fittings" and JT/T 529-2016 "Plastic corrugated pipes for prestressed concrete bridges". At the same time, the instrument has also obtained relevant certification and inspection reports, ensuring its accuracy and reliability in testing and evaluating the tensile strength of corrugated pipes. Domestic standards:
1. GB/T 15820: This is a national standard of the People's Republic of China, which specifies the test method for longitudinal tensile resistance of polyethylene (PE) pressure pipes and fittings after connection. This standard equivalently adopts the international standard ISO 3501:1976, which is applicable to the connection of polyethylene (PE) pressure pipes with a diameter not exceeding 63mm and fittings of different materials and structural forms, but not suitable for fusion welding connection.
International standards:
1. ISO 3501: This is a standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), which specifies the tensile strength test for the assembly joints between polyethylene (PE) pressure pipes and fittings. Similar to GB/T 15820, it mainly tests the tensile strength of pipes and fittings after connection.
5、 Application field
The corrugated pipe tensile tester is widely used in industries, environmental protection, scientific research and other fields. In the industrial field, this instrument can be used to evaluate the tensile strength of corrugated pipes in pipeline systems in industries such as petroleum, chemical, and power; In the field of environmental protection, it can be used to test the tensile strength of corrugated pipes in environmental protection facilities such as sewage treatment and exhaust emissions; In the field of scientific research, it can be used to study the material properties, structural design, and other aspects of corrugated pipes.
