1. The management personnel of experimental instruments and equipment must be familiar with the performance and operating procedures of the managed instruments and equipment, improve the technical archives of large-scale equipment, and properly keep the technical data and user manuals of general equipment.

2. Ensure the completeness of instrument equipment and accessories, carefully record the past of the instrument, and ensure that the accounts, cards, and materials match.

3. Before using electronic instruments, it is necessary to read the user manual carefully, check the protective devices according to the requirements, control the environmental temperature, humidity, continuous working time, power supply voltage, etc., and pay attention to moisture-proof, dustproof, anti-corrosion, etc

4. Regularly conduct power on inspections on electronic instruments. If any phenomena such as jumping, smoking, explosion, or odor are found, the machine should be immediately shut down and reported to the supervisor to prevent damage to the instrument due to short circuits and extend its service life.
